A successful 11th Annual Private Placement Forum

Following a challenging year, we kicked off the forum with a panel discussion on the economic outlook, where we discussed the European Central Bank policy and our expectations regarding rates evolutions in 2022 and an analysis of the main indicators and latest trends in private markets.

The second panel discussion enabled us to take a deep dive into the market where we welcomed representatives of the US Private Placement market, and a recent issuer in the market where we discussed the transaction and the key takeaways of this successful deal. We also opened the floor to Investors to elaborate about their outlook and expectations for 2022.

For our final panel, a number of our clients shared their experience of issuing an inaugural Euro Private Placement. Of course, we couldn’t discuss these deals without talking about ESG and the ESG-linked features of their transactions. We also invited Private Placement investors to debate with our teams on the potential market solutions to support corporates in the coming months and years.

The rich content and lively interaction between moderators, panelists and investors led to a dynamic and engaging discussion. We would like to thank our panelists and all those who joined us for this event.
