Committed for 15 years to a policy on employing and integrating people with disabilities, we have implemented a range of measures to enable each employee to do their job in the best possible conditions, from workstation adaptations and a dedicated team of professionals to training, coaching and partnerships with the sheltered sector.
Throughout the year, we raise awareness among all our employees through numerous initiatives, including health prevention days and the Employment for People with Disabilities Week.
Crédit Agricole CIB has achieved an employment rate of 3.5% in France and is stepping up its actions to integrate people with disabilities more fully into the business and to change mentalities.
