Leveraged finance is a global strategic business providing a fully-fledged one-stop shop offering Debt Underwriting and Financing to support Financial Sponsors-, as well as non-Sponsor, non-Investment Grade Corporate clients, across both Leveraged Loans and High Yield Debt Capital Markets instruments.

Our organisation

The Leveraged Finance team also works in close collaboration with the Bank’s Sustainable Banking team and offers the capability to arrange and structure green loans and sustainability-linked loans.
