<body>Over the next 3 years, IPlanet has an investment plan of over EUR 200 million to roll out the electric vehicle-charging infrastructure in the first 300 service stations. The transformation of the full portfolio is expected to be completed by 2032 and will facilitate a more sustainable mobility sector, in line with national and European guidelines.  This financing will support the roll-out of an electric vehicle (EV) charging network across a selected portfolio of approximately 500 existing IP’s service stations in Italy.  The project represents a pioneering transaction in the infrastructure project financing space and a landmark opportunity in the Italian EV fast changing market where IPlanet is amongst the first movers.  This transaction is in line with Crédit Agricole Group's ambitions to actively contribute to the world's energy transition and support the global effort towards carbon neutrality.<a @href="CIT1">CIT1</a><a @href="CIT2">CIT2</a></body>

<body>Crédit Agricole CIB acted as Mandated Lead Arranger and Hedging Bank as well as co-Sustainability Coordinator for IPlanet, a 50/50 joint venture of Macquarie Capital and IP specialised for the electrification of service areas on urban and suburban roads. Their objective is to become a multi-energy and multi-service hub meeting the different mobility needs of Italians. </body>

<body>Tricor Holdings Limited’s US$1.876 billion loan was voted as the winner of the Syndicated Deal of the Year 2023, at the Asia-Pacific Loan Market Association (APLMA) based on votes from its members. The deal is the largest Euro-denominated Asian leveraged loan in 2023, and one of the largest ever transaction as such originated in Asia. Crédit Agricole CIB is a Mandated Lead Arranger and Bookrunner for this transaction. The APLMA is a loan association that gathers all loan-financing experts in Asia-Pacific with the objective of promoting growth and best practice in the syndicated loan markets. <body>The dual tranche transaction raised €3 billion through a 7-year bond due on 4 December 2030 and €5 billion via a 30-year bonddue on 4 March 2053. Investor demand was exceptional with final books closing at a total of EUR 180 billion, EUR 81 billion on the 7-year tap and EUR 99 billion on the 30-year tap. <body>The dual tranche transaction raised €3 billion through a 7-year bond due on 4 December 2030 and €5 billion via a 30-year bonddue on 4 March 2053. Investor demand was exceptional with final books closing at a total of EUR 180 billion, EUR 81 billion on the 7-year tap and EUR 99 billion on the 30-year tap. <body>On August 1st, 2022, Akiem’s shareholders - French state railway group SNCF and DWS - have agreed to enter into exclusive negotiations with CDPQ, one of Canada’s largest pension funds, on the sale of 100% of Akiem, a leading provider of freight locomotive leasing services in France and Europe.This transaction, finalised on December 9th, 2022, represents a significant milestone in the deleveraging programme of SNCF. It is also an important step for CDPQ to continue its development in the European rail market which offers a sustainable response to the challenges of decarbonising transport.Crédit Agricole CIB acted as sole M&A buy-side advisor to CDPQ for the acquisition of 100% Akiem, supporting CDPQ in every steps of a highly competitive process and leveraging on its historical proximity with the company and its shareholders, notably following Crédit Agricole CIB advisory role for the sale of 50% of Akiem to DWS by SNCF in 2016 and the support of the Bank to Akiem’s development over the years. This mandate is also the second M&A transaction with CDPQ in the transportation industry in the last 12 months, following the successful acquisition of Ermewa last year.<subtitle-block>About Akiem</subtitle-block>Akiem is a European leader in locomotive leasing and maintenance. The company has the largest fleet in Continental Europe, with c. 600 locomotives and 46 passenger trains, of which 75% are electric. Headquartered in France with seven international offices, Akiem provides local expertise to over 80 customers in 21 countries. In 2021, Akiem generated revenues of c. €220 million with an EBITDA of c.€150 million.</body>
