Financial results for the third quarter and first nine months 2025

<body>Bpifrance is a public group, closely supervised by the French State through EPIC Bpifrance and the Caisse des Dépôts, that aims to finance and support the development of companies. As a bank dedicated to supporting all French entrepreneurs, Bpifrance actively contributes to the development of the economic landscape in every region. It helps foster the growth of French companies of all sizes while ensuring the competitiveness and sustainable advancement of the French economy.This pioneering issuance underlines the growing importance of innovative capital markets solutions in supporting Europe’s defence industrial base and strengthening resilience across key sectors. The transaction received strong support from investors, with a final order book exceeding € 3.8 billion, reflecting growing investor confidence in the sector’s strategic and industrial importance. The interest gathered from investors reflects a high level of granularity and quality in orders from banks, asset managers, central banks, and official institutions. In terms of geographical distribution, the Bpifrance signature attracted a pan-European investor base, with 66% of allocations going to investors outside of France, including 22% for Nordic investors and 20% for Southern Europe.It follows the publication of Bpifrance’s innovative European Defence Bond Framework in July this year, establishing a new financing channel dedicated to Europe’s defence ecosystem.The proceeds from the bond will be fully utilised to finance or refinance: <ul><li>Loans dedicated to defence sector players through its Def'fi offering: a program specifically designed to finance the unique needs of SMEs that are suppliers to the defence sector;</li><li>Loans dedicated to strategic companies within the Defence Industrial and Technological Base (BITD);</li><li>Loans dedicated to companies in specialised associations (GICAT, GIFAS, GICAN); </li><li>Export loans for French companies to European1 countries supporting defence activities; </li><li>Expenses incurred by Bpifrance under the "Cybersecurity Defence Diagnostics" program, which aims to help SMEs and ETIs identify digital risks related to their activities and assess the security of their information.</li></ul><a @href="Quote1">Quote1</a><a @href="Quote2">Quote2</a></body>

<body>Crédit Agricole CIB has supported LG Corporation’s subsidiary – LG Chem, a global leader in the production of electric vehicles battery materials and advanced chemical materials, in obtaining a US$1 billion 10-year K-sure green loan, fully aligned with relevant international standards including LMA, LSTA and APLMA’s Green Loan Principles and verified by a second party opinion issued by Sustainable Fitch. The facility will fund the construction and operation in Clarksville, Tennessee, of the US’ largest manufacturing plant of cathode materials dedicated to electric vehicles with an annual capacity of up to 60,000 tons per annum (TPA), once operational. The equipment will power the fleet of a major US automaker.LG Chem plays a key role in supplying materials to EV battery and car manufacturers, thus promoting the transition to more sustainable mobility. Its parent company, LG Corporation is a leading South Korean electronics, chemicals and telecommunications group, also known for its innovation and commitment to sustainable solutions.Through this project, LG Chem is able to scale up their production to meet the growing demand for clean cars, while strengthening their supply chain. The project is also of strategic importance in supporting LG Chem Group’s broader transition from a conventional chemical player to a global sustainable science company.  The Bank plays various key roles in this transaction as Joint Export Credit Agencies (ECA) Coordinator, Joint Green Loan Coordinator, Joint Underwriter & Bookrunner, Joint Mandated Lead Arranger, Joint Initial Lender and Administrative Agent. They explored topics ranging from macroeconomic conditions to renewable trends and Korea’s liquidity and financing landscape, through keynotes featuring Crédit Agricole CIB’s global and regional experts, and professionals from the Crédit Agricole Group’s local asset management joint-venture NH Amundi and a local Export Credit Agency (ECA). The world is experiencing a record expansion of renewable capacity, with 585 gigawatts (GW) installed in 2024 – 15% increase in the stock of renewable power. While the growth of renewable energy is accelerating, even greater efforts are needed to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050. The Republic of Korea is exactly demonstrating the growth, with the government setting ambitious national targets to expand the share of renewables in its energy mix from 23 to 72 GW over the 2022-30 period. In particular, the country has established one of Asia’s most aggressive offshore wind goals, aiming for a 14.3GW-capacity by 2030 – significantly higher than previous targets and a major driver of Korea’s clean energy transition. To attract investments, the government has implemented supportive policies backed by robust legal framework, strong AA- sovereign rating, deep local supply chain, multiple financing channels and ample liquidity, creating an attractive and de-risked environment for international lenders and sponsors. With its experience in 830 power and utility projects across 56 countries, as well as its local presence for more than half a century, Crédit Agricole CIB is well-positioned to support Korea’s low-carbon transition goals. The Bank participated in the country’s first commercial-scale offshore wind farm with a non-recourse project financing structure, serving as co-financial advisor and mandated lead arranger. It is also actively engaged in other offshore wind projects in Korea as financial advisor or mandated lead arranger, further expanding its leadership in the Asia region.</body>
