Loan Syndications expert, Karen Ramos, landed the cover of American real estate magazine Commercial Observer
Read Karen Ramos’s interview with Commercial Observer’s Cathy Cunningham about her career path and our Bank's real estate successes.
In her interview with Cathy Cunningham, Karen discusses her career path and why she joined Crédit Agricole CIB. “I like the fact that [Crédit Agricole CIB] is a global bank. We have a presence in over 50 countries. Within real estate, there are nine offices globally; four in Europe, four in Asia Pacific, and one in New York that covers both the U.S. and Canada. I like the global reach, global perspective, and the fact that we attract global talent. For me — being a foreigner myself — I feel like I really belong in this environment, where it’s very open-minded and collegial.” Karen also talks about our Bank's real estate successes and how we have continued to support clients throughout the Covid-19 crisis. “Crédit Agricole [CIB] is one of a few banks that have remained active throughout the pandemic. We have demonstrated to our clients that we are here to support them through the cycle. […] The strategy of the real estate platform is prioritizing global, strategic clients. And, for us, the cross sell also includes from one country to another. That strategy has proven critical in today’s market.” Click here and here Will open in a new tab to read both of Karen Ramos' features.
