We are delighted to announce that Crédit Agricole CIB recently signed a new Syndicated € 800m Sustainability-linked Financing Package (the “Financing”) for Davide Campari-Milano – an Italian listed spirits company with over 50 premium and super premium brands, marketed and distributed in over 190 markets around the world, with leading positions in Europe and the Americas.

Crédit Agricole CIB acted as MLA and Joint ESG Coordinator.

The Financing comprises (i) an €400m 6Y amortizing Term Loan expiring on 30 June 2029 and (ii) an €400m 5Y+1Y Revolving Credit Facility maturing on 30 June 2028, unless extended (at banks’ discretion) until 30 June 2029.
