In order to encourage our employees to act responsibly in developing their employability and to promote skills development and internal mobility, we have enhanced the support offered by the HR teams by deploying the 365Talents digital solution.
Based on artificial intelligence, this solution maps employees’ skills and suggests opportunities within the company according to their profile, strengths and appetence.
