A Workplace Culture Recognised: Our Canadian Office Achieves Great Place to Work® Certification
An independent recognition of trust, engagement and inclusion at work.
The Great Place to Work® Certification™ awarded to our Canadian office stands as a strong marker of the culture built within the organisation. More than a label, it reflects a workplace environment where trust, wellbeing and inclusion are embedded in everyday practices.
Throughout the year, this culture has been reinforced through a wide range of initiatives. Employees have taken part in training sessions covering topics such as biodiversity, wellness at work, personal branding, networking and language development. These programmes are complemented by awareness initiatives aimed at strengthening diversity and inclusion, both within teams and across recruitment processes.
The organisation’s engagement also extends beyond the workplace. Participation in collective charity initiatives, including the 24h Tremblant challenge in support of children’s hospitals, illustrates a shared commitment to social impact and collective responsibility.
This certification is based exclusively on employee feedback gathered through an independent survey conducted by Great Place to Work® Canada. With an engagement rate of 86% and strong participation across teams, the results highlight a high level of involvement, collaboration and confidence in the organisation’s working environment.
The Great Place to Work® Certification thus provides external recognition of a workplace culture that enables people to innovate, collaborate and grow within a trusted and inclusive framework.
