L’opération est financée pour majorité par un prêt hypothécaire « vert » d’un montant de 300 millions d’euros, d’une durée de 8 ans et assorti d’un taux de 1,8%. Etabli dans le respect des « Green Loan Principles », ce prêt vert a fait l’objet d’une vérification externe par Sustainalytics. La tour écologique Sequana bénéficie d’une certification HQE™ Bâtiments Tertiaires en exploitation niveau « Excellent ». Le solde de l’acquisition a été versé en numéraire. Crédit Agricole CIB a agi en tant que Green Structuring Agent et Prêteur pour cette opération.
