Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2026: the Crédit Agricole Group recognised for its leadership in ESG

In a hotly contested field, the Crédit Agricole Group has been named:

• World's Best Bank for ESG
• Europe's Best Bank for ESG
• France's Best Bank for ESG

Crédit Agricole CIB has won:

• Asia’s Best Bank for Sustainable Finance
• Hong Kong’s Best Bank for Sustainable Finance

This year’s recognition follows Crédit Agricole Group’s success at the 2025 Euromoney Awards for Excellence, where the Group was named Best Sustainable Finance Bank at the global, European and France levels, and Crédit Agricole CIB was named Best Bank for Sustainable Finance in APAC.

While last year’s awards highlighted the Group’s leadership in sustainable finance solutions, this year’s ESG recognition reflects the broader integration of environmental, social and governance considerations across its strategy, client offering, and long-term approach to responsible banking.
