EnBW aims to strengthen its position as a sustainable and innovative infrastructure partner. These two leading energy players are dedicated to energy transition and low carbon business models, on their strategic offshore wind projects, known respectively as Morgan and Mona. These wind farms are located in the Irish Sea, 20-30kms from the coast, spanning a combined area of ~580 km2. They have a potential production capacity of 3 gigawatts (GW). It is estimated that they’ll have the potential to provide enough electricity for around 3.4 million UK households annually.Morgan and Mona aim to contribute to the Government's commitment of 50GW of offshore wind by 2030.We are supporting our clients as sole debt financial adviser.
