Encouraging and supporting employees’ involvement in associations
Crédit Agricole CIB intends to promote the commitment of its employees to associations serving society in the areas of solidarity and social integration. In 2022, the Bank celebrated the 10th anniversary of its “Solidaires by Crédit Agricole CIB” programme and launched the first edition of Solidarity Week, a global event involving its teams in France and internationally. For the first edition of Solidarity Week, from November 28 to December 2, 2022, many charitable initiatives were carried out around the world. Crédit Agricole CIB’s employees in France and abroad joined forces to help those in need by running for the Telethon, collecting toys, preparing meals for the homeless, donating clothes and collecting food.
Crédit Agricole CIB’s Helping Hands finance charitable projects such as Autistes Sans Frontières 92, which helps autistic children in the department of les Hauts-de-Seine. This programme offers each of the Bank's employees the opportunity to present a project and encourages their strong social commitment.
