Strengthening of the M&A offering for Crédit Agricole's SMEs and Midcap clients

SODICA Corporate Finance becomes Crédit Agricole Midcap Advisors

Crédit Agricole is implementing a new structure for its M&A activity optimising the coverage of its customers, from SMEs to large companies. This reaffirms the Group’s ambition to become the leading partner for SMEs and midcap clients in M&A advisory.

SODICA Corporate Finance, which specialises in M&A advisory, financial and stock market engineering for SMEs and midcaps, will now be known as Crédit Agricole Midcap Advisors.
Attached to the Group's midcap division at Crédit Agricole CIB, Crédit Agricole Midcap Advisors relies on a coordinated commercial approach - particularly with Regional Banks, LCL and the Group's other subsidiaries to enhance its support for the managers and shareholders of SMEs and midcaps. The division will also benefit from the Group's coverage in France, its international network and Crédit Agricole CIB's sector expertise.

Vincent Ribereau-Gayon is appointed Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole Midcap Advisors. Based in Paris, he will report to Didier Reboul, Chairman of Crédit Agricole Midcap Advisors & Head of the Group's Midcap Division, and functionally to Laurent Capes, Head of Global Investment Banking at Crédit Agricole CIB.
