Let's hear from past candidates!
“The Banking Talent Programme has been a great stepping stone in building my career within the financial industry. I was able to acquire plenty of technical skills from my colleagues while also understanding more about leadership and decision-making skills from my manager. In addition, I really enjoyed the financial courses that were offered. Even though I am working in the IT department, I believe the courses gave a good cross-exposure and understanding of the type of work done in other departments. Now, I am happy to continue my journey here in Crédit Agricole CIB!”
Aryan Ahluwalia, Global IT
“My experience as a fresher to join Crédit Agricole CIB through Banking Talent Programme was remarkable. I not only received industry-specific trainings, but also a tailored learning pathway to acquire practical work experience. After the programme, I am delighted to stay with my team and grow in my role.”
