First Non-Recourse Synthetic Colombian Pesos Bridge Loan in Colombia
The Tercer Carril Bogota-Girardot Project, aka Via 40 Express road in Colombia, sponsored by Vinci & Conconcreto, was granted a COP 700,000 million synthetic Colombian Pesos bridge loan. This bridge loan will enable the start of the rehabilitation and expansion works for this road, a critical infrastructure asset for Colombia located on the strategic corridor linking the capital city of Bogotá to the port of Buenaventura on the Pacific coast.
Crédit Agricole CIB assisted its strategic clients as Mandated Lead Arranger, Agent and Hedge Provider alongside with two other international banks in this transaction, the first of its kind in Colombia.
