History and organisation
Set-up in 1987 in the city of Piraeus, Crédit Agricole CIB Representative Office represents the interests of the Shipping Finance of the Bank in Greece, and is dedicated in originating, structuring, arranging and syndicating credit facilities to Greek shipping companies worldwide, under the umbrella of the Bank’s Structured Finance métier/Shipping Finance Department based in Paris. The loans and accounts’ administration are handled out of the Paris-based dedicated middle office. The Piraeus team consists of five officers and two support staff.

Located in Paris, the Crédit Agricole Group International Business Solutions "Benelux, Greece, Turkey" assists Crédit Agricole's mid-cap corporate customers with their international operations, by providing expertise on the local environment as well as by securing access to a wide spectrum of banking services abroad.
