Anne-Catherine Ropers joined Société Générale in 2001 as an HR generalist in charge of the Commodities Finance division, then Corporate Financing, Financial Institutions and Trading department. In 2006 she was appointed Head of Human Resources for the Front Office Business Units of the Corporate and Investment Bank in the Asia Pacific Region. In 2009, she joined Lyxor, Société Générale’s asset management subsidiary, as HR Director. From 2010 to 2016, she became Global Head of Human Resources for Société Générale’s Global Markets and supervised the HR stream of Newedge integration project within Société Générale. In 2017, she was appointed Global Head of Human Resources for Société Générale’s Global Banking and Investor Solutions division. She joined Crédit Agricole CIB in October 2019 as Global Head of Human Resources and is appointed Deputy General Manager on January 1st, 2021.
Anne-Catherine Ropers holds a master’s degree specialized in Human Resources Management and International Mobility (ENS Cachan), a Post-Graduate diploma in Human Resources Management and Social Communication (CELSA) and a master’s degree in Social and Labour Law.
