A daring musical partnership with the Théâtre du Châtelet

Outside its financing and investment activities, Crédit Agricole CIB supports cultural endeavours. The Bank became a sponsor of the Théâtre du Châtelet in 2010 and each year is associated with a specific production. For its first year the partnership sponsored Vincenzo Bellini's opera Norma. For 2011, Gioacchino Rossini's Barber of Seville has been chosen.

Crédit Agricole CIB is pleased to be a partner of the Théâtre du Châtelet, a creative institution that has left its mark on the cultural life of Paris since its origins.

A daring musical partnership with the Théâtre du Châtelet


As a partner of the Théâtre du Châtelet since introducing the Bank’s new brand name in January 2010, Crédit Agricole CIB is supporting the production of The Barber of Seville for 2011. The show is directed by Emilio Sagi and staged from January 20 to 30, 2011.
On January 20th, the Bank invited more than 1,000 clients to attend the première.

Crédit Agricole CIB has also been a patron of the musée du quai Branly since 2009.

Crédit Agricole CIB alongside RCI Banque for the first French corporate bond in 2011


On January 5, 2011, Crédit Agricole CIB acted as joint bookrunner in a 3-year EUR 750 million bond issue for RCI Banque, the financing arm of the Renault group. This senior bond opened up the French corporate bond market for 2011.

Crédit Agricole CIB mobilises for the Bourse and Finance Telethon


On December 3 and 4, Crédit Agricole CIB took part in the 2010 Bourse and Finance Telethon. The purpose of this annual charity event is to mobilise the Paris financial markets with a view to raising funds for the Telethon.
