Crédit Agricole CIB supports Zodiac Aerospace for the refinancing of its syndicated facility
On June 29th, Crédit Agricole CIB acted as mandated lead arranger and bookrunner for a 4-year revolving credit facility in favour of Zodiac Aerospace. This EUR 1 billion transaction will be used for general corporate purposes including the refinancing of the existing EUR 1.5 billion syndicated facility.
This strategic transaction for Zodiac was executed on a relationship basis.
Zodiac Aerospace refocused on aerospace market after the divestment of its marine activities in September 2007. It also took advantage of the current market conditions to hedge part of the drawn tranche of the new club deal with Crédit Agricole CIB.
