In June 2010, Crédit Agricole CIB acted as co-lead arranger in the EUR 176 million 7-year bonds with subscription warrants and/or the acquisition of reimbursable shares (OBSAAR). These securities are reimbursable in three tranches: June 2015, June 2016 and June 2017.

 

The other lead arrangers were Natixis and Société Générale CIB.

 

This transaction enables the banks to redeem their 2006 OBSAAR bonds and subscribe for this new transaction. Thanks to this deal, Eurofins Scientific has extended the average maturity of its debt and will be able to finance investments in the modernisation of its network of laboratories.
