In January 2010, Crédit Agricole CIB successfully co-arranged a EUR 280 million receivables securitisation program for SFR, the French telecommunications company 56%-owned by Vivendi. This transaction will allow SFR, which already has access to bank and bond markets, to benefit from a new source of funding.

Crédit Agricole CIB was also bookrunner and mandated lead arranger of the SFR’s EUR 850 million syndicated credit facility and acted as presenting bank of the EUR 2.4 billion public offer on NeufCegetel” explains Bertrand Sauzey, Senior Banker.
