Crédit Agricole CIB financial adviser of Caisse Régionale Crédit Agricole - Val de France for Jardiland
In January 2011, Crédit Agricole CIB acted as financial adviser of Caisse Régionale Crédit Agricole - Val de France on the arrangement and syndication of the facilities refinancing of Jardiland.
In October 2010, Caisse Régionale Crédit Agricole - Val de France and BNP Paribas had been mandated as lead arrangers and bookrunners of a EUR 127 million facility to refinance the existing debt.
The facility was split in:
Crédit Agricole group's final take was EUR 30 million with eight Caisses Régionales involved.
The different business lines of Crédit Agricole CIB, the French Regions Division and OSAC, together with Caisse Régionale Crédit Agricole - Val de France jointly worked to handle the deal. This illustrates Crédit Agricole group’s synergies.
Jardiland holds a leading position in France on the distribution market of garden supplies and pets.
