Calyon mandated lead arranger for a Credit Framework Agreement signed with Mosenergo
Calyon acted as mandated lead arranger, agent and passport agent, and Nordlandesbank, have signed a credit framework agreement with Mosenergo, a subsidiary of Gazprom.
This credit facility of EUR 415 million includes an Hermes covered buyer credit (EUR 360 million) and a tied commercial loan (EUR 54.8 million). It will finance the four commercial contracts signed by Siemens AG to supply power turbines.
Mosenergo core businesses are electric energy and power generation for supply to the wholesale market, heat production, sales of heat to end-users in Moscow and Moscow region.
