Calyon mandated lead arranger and bookrunner in favour of Nokia Siemens Networks
Calyon was mandated lead arranger and bookrunner for an inaugural revolving credit facility in favour of Nokia Siemens Networks. The transaction was based on a 3-year facility. The initial launch amount was EUR 1.5 billion, but the transaction reached a total amount of EUR 2 billion.
Besides Calyon, the other mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners were Bank of America, Barclays, BNP Paribas, Citibank, JP Morgan, Nordea, RBS and Société Générale. On the whole, 21 banks participated in the transaction and Calyon's final take is EUR 120.56 million.
Calyon already acted for the Finnish group Nokia Siemens Networks in 2008.
