Calyon acted as mandated lead arranger and bookrunner with Société Générale in the new EUR 1.8 billion revolving facility. Initially launched for EUR 1.5 billion, the transaction is structured in two tranches of EUR 900 million 3-year and EUR 900 million 5-year.

This deal was led for corporate purposes including the refinancing of the existing EUR 2 billion facility dated October 2006 (initial amount EUR 4.5 billion).

16 banks were involved in this facility and the final syndicate included 18 banks with a final take of EUR 100 million each.
