Calyon lead arranger for a syndicated loan for Pluspetrol Camisea S.A.
Calyon acted as sole bookrunner and lead arranger in a USD 100 million syndicated senior secured term loan for Pluspetrol Camisea S.A., a Peruvian subsidiary of the Pluspetrol Group.
The transaction was closed with the participation of Banco de Crédito del Perú and Itaú as mandated lead arrangers.
