Calyon has arranged a short term revolving facility with a 1-year extension option of CZK 1, 05 billion (EUR 40 million), jointly with Citibank and Komercni Banka/SOGEN. After the reprivatization of Skoda Holding Group by Appian (private investment fund) in 2003, it was the first financing transaction of this Group. Calyon confirmed by this transaction its core bank position for this attractive Group active in power machinery and transportation business.
