Calyon acted for Goodman Group in Asia
On September 25, 2009, Calyon in Asia closed the new 3-year HKD 1 647.5 million tranche F facility with Goodman HK Logistic Fund.
The facility is divided into a term loan and a revolver loan on a 50/50 basis. The total amount of all tranches will become HKD 3,815 million after application of tranche F for full refinancing/partial repayment of two existing tranches. Calyon participation in new tranche F is HKD 270 million.
The facility is secured by a portfolio of 18 stabilised industrial properties in Hong Kong with a valuation of HKD 9,036 million. Calyon is a major hedging bank of Goodman HK Logistic Fund.
