Calyon acted for a new placement for PPR
In June, Calyon was mandated by PPR to structure a new private placement for a global amount of EUR 152.5 million with a 5-year maturity. This financing has been very successful since the estimation was based on approximately EUR 120/130 million. It was finally subscribed for EUR 152.5 million by twelve Caisses Régionales, LCL and Banque Populaire.
This deal gives a new opportunity for PPR to diversify and extend its debt. Calyon has worked regularly with PPR since several years as well as with all the entities of the PPR group.
PPR has established a wide business range consisted of various brands and signboard leaders which arrange each of an important potential of growth on markets.
