Calyon acted as mandated lead arranger for a Forward Start RCF for Vitol SA
Calyon acted as mandated lead arranger and also as one of the four active bookrunners for Vitol SA. The transaction is a USD 3,865 million 3-year Forward Start RCF.
This transaction, initially launched at USD 3 billion, attracted demand in excess of USD 4 billion from a total of 48 banks.
This transaction was quite successful and confirmed Calyon's leading market position on large forward start facilities. It also confirmed the visible presence of the Bank in commodity traders financing.
