Calyon acted as joint mandated lead arranger and bookrunner for Lukoil
Calyon performed as joint mandated lead arranger and bookrunner in a USD 1.2 billion 3-year pre-export finance (PXF) to Lukoil with a USD 100 million take and hold. Calyon acted alongside with 11 other relationship banks of Lukoil.
Calyon’s participation has been driven by the appropriate transaction profile which was in line with the market conditions as well as by the relationship targeted at further development of its business with Lukoil in various products and market places.
