Crédit Agricole CIB won one of the Energy Risk "Deals of the Year 2010" for its partnership with EDF Trading
In January 2010, Crédit Agricole CIB received one of the “Deals of the Year Award” by Energy Risk for its Energy partnership with EDF Trading.
On May 13th, 2009, Crédit Agricole CIB signed a cooperation agreement with EDF Trading in order to enrich its commodities offering. This partnership places the Bank among the top financial institutions that offer a range of energy risk management products.
Crédit Agricole CIB is already in a position to trade coal, electricity and gas hedging products. In 2010, physical trading will be launched in the gas and electricity markets.
