The French association Professions, Companies and Training (AMEF) held its 2010 Victoire awards ceremony on June 9 in Paris. Each year the AMEF rewards the work of a team composed of a student-apprentice, an apprenticeship manager and an apprentice training center.

This year, Crédit Agricole CIB received two awards:

• the jury’s grand prize was won by Sébastien Thomas, the student-apprentice, Caroline Jabaloyas, his apprenticeship manager who is responsible for the interest rate derivatives middle office (GIO CMO) and Dominique Attia from the DIFCAM apprentice training center,
• the Master 2 award was won by Vivien Gouenard, the student-apprentice, Olivier Testut, research analyst (GIO RBO) and Dominique Attia.

As student-apprentices at Crédit Agricole CIB for nearly three years, Vivien Gouenard and Sébastien Thomas are following a Master 2 program at Université Paris XIII in banking, finance and risk management. With the help of their respective apprenticeship managers, they presented high quality work. The team of three that included Sébastien Thomas notably provided a video particularly appreciated by the jury.

These prizes reward Crédit Agricole CIB’s student-apprenticeship program, the involvement of its apprenticeship managers and the commitment of the student-apprentices to these projects. They also reward the DIFCAM apprentice training center with which Crédit Agricole CIB has worked closely for several years.
