Crédit Agricole CIB participates in the Heifer Race to Feed 2010
On 30th October 2010, a sea of green Crédit Agricole CIB shirts appeared at Victoria Park in Hong Kong. People came to show their support to "Heifer - Crédit Agricole CIB Race to Feed", a Heifer Hong Kong's annual fundraising event sponsored by the Bank.
The opening ceremony of the event was officiated by Mr. Henry Tang, Chief Secretary of Hong Kong Government, Mr. Zhou Juming, Deputy Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government, Mr. Patrice Couvegnes, Crédit Agricole CIB Senior Regional Officer for Asia, Mr.Stanley Wong, Executive Director of ICBC (Asia) Limited, Mr.Antony Leung, Chairman of Heifer HK, Mr.Stephen Ip, member of the Board of Directors of Heifer HK, Ms.Fu Mingxia and Mr.Li Xiaopeng, Olympic gold medalists.
Team spirit, collaboration and weeks of extensive practice allowed the Bank's racing team to achieve success. They beat half of the competitors at the eleven-legged race.
