What function do you currently work in?
I am a HR Advisor on the generalist team supporting Fixed Income Markets in London. I also assist my team in managing the Foreign Exchange and Commodities product lines globally. My primary duties revolve around the hiring and on-boarding of new staff, employee relations and policy advice, along with regular reporting to head office. My recent move to the FIM team has enabled me to gain exposure to the core HR functions and developed my understanding of HR strategy.
