At the beginning I joined Calyon for a V.I.E program. My mission took place in Frankfurt within the IT Department of Calyon. I worked as an IT engineer. This first experience allowed me to be in touch with all departments of the Bank and to have an overview of the different business lines. After that, I spent one year at Calyon Bank Türk and two years again at Calyon in Germany. My main mission was to manage the deployment of the new core banking system of the Bank, which allowed me to deepen my knowledge of all the business lines. Now, I have taken over the position of Organisation manager at Calyon Gulf, based in Dubai and Bahrain. I am taking care of all the transverse projects (between head office, support and front office functions) and handling the business continuity plan of the Bank.
