Can you describe your main responsibilities?
I am a Project Officer, working in the Organisation and Project management department. What skills and qualities are required?
I would say that you have to be good at solving problems. Good interpersonal skills are important because you have to liaise closely with many different teams when a problem arises: back office, IT and related functions. General knowledge of accounting, finance, operation management and banking products will help you pick up things faster and perform better.

If possible, what is your approximate schedule for a normal day of work?
Everyday varies due to the nature of the project-driven work. The things I do each day are prioritised regarding deadlines.
