What have been your studies and professional experiences until now?

My profile is both interdisciplinary and international. I have graduated from Euromed Management, Marseille (France), with major in Strategy and Finance. During my exchange semester, I followed the International MBA program of Tsinghua University’s School of Economics and Management, Beijing (China). I gained professional experience in France and Germany: the most significant one was my internship at Citi Investment Banking before joining Crédit Agricole CIB in Frankfurt as Relationship Officer.

What does this international experience bring you professionally and personally?

The high quality and diverse background of the people I work with provide a great learning experience. It also brings the ability to adapt quickly to new situations and people.
As a Relationship Officer, I am constantly interacting with dynamic and high-talented colleagues from many of our offices worldwide. I regularly attend clients meetings at management level.

What would be your message to Crédit Agricole CIB's applicants for a VIE?

Crédit Agricole CIB will accelerate your learning curve! The VIE program at Crédit Agricole CIB is a challenging experience. It offers a demanding professional environment and strong international exposure. It will also provide you the opportunity to meet many interesting people and even to make new friends.
I am given the opportunity to further develop and to grow. As a VIE, I am the “junior member” within my team. Experienced bankers invest a lot of time in my professional development and give me a great amount of responsibility. It is not uncommon that I am being asked to interact independently and directly with the client.

What is your approximate schedule for a normal day of work?

Every day is different. The most challenging and exciting part of my job is the diversity of tasks. Today, for example, I have worked on transactions/projects in eight different countries with many specialists of our worldwide offices.
