Upon joining the Project Finance team (Structured Finance division) at Calyon in Milan, I was immediately integrated. Starting on my first day, I was able to play an active role in the current business activities. I was in contact with other Calyon departments, in Milan, London and Paris, participated in meetings with clients and other banks, and worked on transactions from the structuring phase through closing.

Being part of a highly skilled team and working in a friendly environment are essential elements for getting a career off to a good start and acquiring a solid understanding of the structured finance business.
 

Being aware of my specific responsibilities and my tasks within this higlhy cohesive team is very motivating and drives me to always want to do better. That is what I like best at Calyon.
