Reception and integration

During your first year with us you will attend several meetings so that you can become familiar with the organisation and business lines not only of Crédit Agricole CIB but also the Group, as well as its strategy and values. 


The identification and development of key skills are major objectives of Crédit Agricole CIB. For this reason, we assist our employees with their career development and employ an active training policy to meet the strategic challenges facing the Bank. The annual evaluation process is an opportunity for employees to set out their business line, technical and managerial training requirements.

Job Mobility

Through job mobility employees get the opportunity to develop their skills and build a professional career  within the business lines of Crédit Agricole CIB and the Crédit Agricole Group.

Internal job mobility
Crédit Agricole CIB encourages employees to seek internal job mobility so that everyone gets an opportunity to progress within the Bank and the Group.

Crédit Agricole CIB's employees have access to a specific portal dedicated to job mobility. It includes all vacancies within CIB and within the Crédit Agricole Group and offers practical advice on the subject.

International job mobility
Thanks to its network and presence in the world's largest financial marketplaces (London, New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, etc.), Crédit Agricole CIB can offer its teams many opportunities to gain international experience.
