Students and young graduates

Crédit Agricole CIB is present among students and young graduates to introduce them to the Bank's business lines and help initiate their career paths.

Meet with us

As part of our "School Relationships" policy, we meet students throughout the year, all over France. We participate in the forums held by the main business and engineering schools and universities, at which our staff can tell you all about the corporate and investment banking business lines and can give you information on the opportunities we offer.

To maintain permanent relationships with these schools and universities, we have set up several educational partnerships and school captain networks. As a member of Crédit Agricole CIB, the school captain acts as an ambassador for our Bank among the students and the management of the school or university they attended.

"We participate in many student-oriented activities", Axelle Duclos, Campus Manager.

"We offer students our business and financial expertise"
, Didier Gaffinel, school captain.

Intern and work/training staff

Every year, Crédit Agricole CIB employs 750 interns in all its branches around the world and 150 apprentices in France. This involves work with responsibilities through which you can develop your skills and professional experience, working with our expert teams in an international environment.

Accounts from our interns and work/training staff:

VIE (French corporate international volunteering programme)

More than 140 VIE employees from Crédit Agricole CIB work at entities in the US, Asia and Europe throughout the year. Our large international network offers young graduates (Master's degree level) many opportunities to acquire professional experience within one of our entities abroad.

Young recruits

Young employees with potential are a key part of Crédit Agricole CIB's recruitment policy. Thanks to the specific process we have in place, 50% of the young recruits within our business lines in France in 2015 were recruited as part of their internship or job/training programme.

Accounts from our young recruits:

"The banking world's current context and Crédit Agricole CIB's positioning inspire us to manage talent more than ever."
