Analyst, assist our clients in their financial transactions
Based in the Investment Banking division, you use your know-how to serve Crédit Agricole CIB’s corporate clients. You deliver analyses, produce studies and issue recommendations on merger and acquisition plans and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions.
Your sense of responsibility, your energy and mental agility are your most important assets for success as an analyst. You also show talent for sales in your direct relationships with high-level clients and are a master of the art of communication, both externally and, with the other bank departments with which you interact, internally.
After a training period, you will join the Investment Banking division as a junior analyst. You benefit from the experience of the professionals around you to acquire the technical fundamentals that you need in your business, before moving on to management positions, including internationally.
Structured finance account manager, assisting companies in their international investments
Working out of the Structured Finance business line, your role is to originate and structure major export transactions, capex deals and complex credits in France and abroad. You operate in global sectors where Crédit Agricole CIB is active: air and rail transport, shipping, export and trade finance, commodities, real estate and hotels and project finance.
The qualities that will make you successful are both technical and people skills. You excel in analysis and math of finance, have a solid grounding in business law, and are adept at managing varied regulatory, accounting and tax environments. You are a good negotiator and like to work in an international environment.
With the depth of expertise and experience required, the position of structured finance account manager is a relatively senior role. With its global dimension it is also an invitation to international mobility. Junior staff are assigned the tasks of risk analysis, modeling and project evaluation.
Mid Caps Relationship Officer, a central role with our customers
Within the French Regions Department and alongside the Regional Banks of Crédit Agricole, you start and develop our relations with a portfolio of clients and local prospects (corporates, institutionals and local authorities) amongst which you promote our products. A real lead manager, you assist your clients in their development and meet their requirements using Crédit Agricole CIB’s and the Group’s business lines (capital markets, M&A, structured finance, syndication…).
To succeed in the performance of your tasks, you like challenges and you are very dynamic, with an acute sense of responsibilities and like to enjoy a certain degree of autonomy in your work. You have excellent relational skills including with high ranking persons.
The position of Mid Caps Relationship Officer is open to junior or senior profiles. With the knowledge acquired in investment banking and capital market operations and in the industries with which you will have worked, you will be ready for a management position or for a posting in a specialized product line.
Trader, from analysis to action
Based in the trading room, you are involved in financial markets, whether fixed income (treasury, currencies, commodities, interest rate derivatives, credit and debt) or equity (brokerage, equity derivatives and funds). You implement trading and hedging strategies, price products and develop the necessary IT tools to manage your positions.
As a trader, you put a cross-section of skills to work every day. In order to anticipate changes in financial markets and manage the resulting risks, you need to demonstrate discipline and responsiveness. You also put to work your technical skills in mathematics, IT and financial analysis. Finally, for when fever strikes the financial markets, you have a high resistance to stress.
As you develop autonomy and a sense of responsibility in your position, you move into more and more senior roles. Your future may lead to working abroad, where many opportunities await you.
Sale, promoting our products with clients
In the dealing room, you market and sell financial products specially designed by our business lines (swaps, structured placements…) to a clientele of companies, financial institutions and local authorities. In close cooperation with the relationship managers and the traders, you participate to the commercial approach and devise interest rate and exchange risks placement and management strategies.
The key to success rests on your relations with clients. You consequently have an acute sense of communication and you are particularly attentive to the way you attend to relations showing your adaptability and multiple skills. Your knowledge of the markets and products moreover enable you to provide relevant information to your clients and to offer them the solutions best adapted to their requirements.
Sales positions range from junior to senior positions. Over time, you take on responsibilities within the Fixed Income Market or Equity business lines.
Engineering Project Manager, IT and organisation to boost performance
Within the IT Division, you manage IT engineering projects support business lines or control and management functions. Your role ranges from design to day to day implementation. You determine the strategic scope and the budget. You manage the time schedule and you ensure coordination between all concerned.
Your missions require technical and functional competencies. You are familiar with the latest technologies (Java, Websphere, J2EE.net) and off-the-peg applications (Sophis, Summit, Murex, Calypso, Intellimatch). Autonomous, you manage a team of developers and designers and exchange with the business lines concerned by your projects.
Engineering IT project manager positions are open to junior and senior profiles depending on your experience. Eventually, you can be promoted within Crédit Agricole CIB’s IT Division or in other Crédit Agricole s.a. Group entities. These functions can also take you to management positions.
Middle-office / back-office manager, using specialist knowledge in the service of operations
You help the front-office businesses to carry out all their activities. You monitor transactions initiated by the traders and salespersons, including controlling the administrative and financial processing chains, and you are responsible for operational risk management, particularly through monitoring positions and preparing reports.
To succeed in your role, you need to demonstrate discipline, responsiveness and team spirit. Of course, you also possess thorough knowledge of all rules and procedures, whether internal to the bank or external laws and regulations.

Development Engineer, IT at the service of internal customers
Within the IT Division, you design and carry out diverse IT projects to assist changes in business lines and to make available to the Bank high performance and reliable management and reporting tools.
You have a solid technical knowledge and you are rigorous and responsive in a constantly changing technological environment. You like working as a team and you know how to cooperate and exchange with the client IT team as well as with the users of developments: FO, MO, BO or oversight functions such as risks or finance.
The position of development engineer is open to junior and senior profiles. The complexity of your tasks, from a functional and a technical standpoints will provide opportunities for promotion as project manager.
Market Activity Monitoring Agent
Within the Risk Division, you collect and validate observable and non observable market data, you determine the P&L of portfolios, the VaR and the stress scenarios. You explain changes in daily results through the analysis of market fluctuations and of portfolio exposures to the various risk factors.

Inspector/Internal Auditor, where all realities meet
Working out of the Internal Audit department, your job is to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures, to diagnose the level of risk management and security of transactions, and to evaluate the operational effectiveness of audited entities.
As a banking generalist, you work on assignments to study specific problems in changing business and geographical contexts, particularly abroad. Through your audit assignments, you get to know the bank’s functioning in depth and develop your analytical and synthesizing skills. When in contact with the audited persons, some of whom are at the highest level, you make use of your versatility and your relationship skills.

Lawyer, to enhance the security of our transactions
Your main missions are to ensure the legal security of market transactions and to assist the business lines in designing the legal structure of new financial products. Drawing up legal instruments accounts for a significant part of your work. You visit clients with the traders, sales and structurers and you consequently are in direct relation with clients with whom you exchange documentation.
Your writing skills are key success factors in this position. Lawyer in banking or economic law or in the law of contracts, you keep abreast of changes in documentary techniques.
