Established in 1977, Banque Saudi Fransi (69,9 % owned by Saudi shareholders and 31,1 % by Crédit Agricole CIB) covers three regional offices situated in Jeddah, Riyadh, and Al Khobar, and 62 branch offices distributed throughout the country. The bank offers tailored financial services, such as securities trading in the world's principal financial markets and access to a wide range of mutual funds, to clients which are active throughout the Arab-speaking world.

Capital markets and investment banking

Banque Saudi Fransi is involved in numerous public-sector securitisation programs and in the public flotation of large private companies. The bank is also a major participant in the trading of options and fixed income instruments, derivative products, and in foreign exchange hedging.

Specialised teams provide investment banking services, notably mergers and acquisitions advisory services.
