History and Organisation

In the Philippines, Crédit Agricole CIB resulted from the merger of the offhore banking units (OBU) of Crédit Agricole Indosuez (set up in 1977) and Crédit Lyonnais (set up in 1978).

Crédit Agricole CIB is actively working with financial institutions, Philippine conglomerates and government owned corporations.

Crédit Agricole CIB works closely with CLSA to provide various debt and equity financing as well as investment banking services.
