Crédit Agricole CIB Labuan branch offers a wide range of both conventional and Islamic corporate and investment banking products and services to Crédit Agricole CIB's network clients, local corporates and financial institutions as well as multinational companies seeking to invest in Malaysia.
Crédit Agricole CIB's representative office in Kuala Lumpur also develops and supports correspondent banking relationships with domestic Malaysian banks and acts as liaison unit for the network clients and foreign investors.

History and organisation
Crédit Agricole CIB has been operating in Malaysia since 1958 and the offshore branch in Labuan and its marketing office in Kuala Lumpur were established in 1995. In addition to the offering of conventional products and services, Labuan branch has also been approved by Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) for the establishment of an “Islamic banking window” to conduct Sharia-compliant Islamic banking products and services.
The representative office in Kuala Lumpur was established in 2004. Other affiliated members operating in Malaysia are CLSA and Amundi Asset Management. CLSA is a well-known franchise in Asia for equity brokerage, advisory and research activities while Amundi Asset Management is a leading asset management company offering conventional and Islamic fund management and services.
International Services to Middle Market Clients
Located in Hong Kong, the Crédit Agricole Group Liaison Desk "Asia-Pacific" assists Crédit Agricole's mid-cap corporate customers with their international operations, by providing expertise on the local environment as well as by securing access to a wide spectrum of banking services abroad.
