Calyon acted as co-arranger and agent for the acquisition of two real estate assets in Roissy by SAS Roissy Continental Square, a joint holding of Aéroports de Paris and, through its Foncière Ariane subsidiary, GE Capital Real Estate France. The deal is worth EUR 62.1 million in financing.

Aéroports de Paris and GE Capital Real Estate France have cemented their partnership agreement for the purchase of the Continental Square real estate complex at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, with respective holdings of 60% (Aéroport de Paris) and 40% (Froncière Ariane SAS). GE Capital Real Estate France will be responsible for managing the assets initially, with Aéroports de Paris taking over at a later stage.

Aéroports de Paris builds, equips and operates airports, with a portfolio including Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Orly and Paris-Le Bourget. It is the second largest European airport group in terms of airport revenues and the European leader in freight and airmail.
