The Mergers and Acquisitions business line groups together all the activities related to mergers and acquisitions, from strategic advisory services to transaction execution.
Assistance at every stage of development
The unit assists its clients at all stages in their development with:
- advisory mandates for both purchases and disposals,
- opening up of capital to new investors and restructuring,
- strategic financial advisory services,
- advisory services for privatisations.
Responsible for transaction execution, the business line handles, together with the Equity Capital Markets unit, dual-track transactions and the assessment of privatisations.
