Details of the offer
The Equity Capital Markets business line works on the following corporates' projects:
- initial public offerings,
- privatisations (opening of capital to private investors),
- capital increases,
- secondary offerings,
- issues of convertible bonds, exchangeable bonds and other equity-linked securities.
The Equity Capital Markets business line is present in France and abroad.
