Crédit Agricole CIB offers a full range of products and services in capital markets, brokerage, investment banking, structured finance, commercial banking and international private banking.

Coverage & Investment Banking

The commercial organisation is in two parts: geographical coverage for multi-business clients and sector coverage to share know-how acquired in the Bank's various divisions with clients in specialised business sectors. Two units, the French regional division and the International Liaison Desk Network division, serve Crédit Agricole Group's middle-market clients, respectively in France and in the rest of the world.

The Coverage & Investment Banking division groups together in France and abroad the coverage of corporate clients and financial institutions as well as its investment banking, loan syndication activities, commercial banking on the international scene and Islamic Banking.

Two dedicated units serve middle-market clients, respectively in France and in the rest of the world. Primary Equity Capital Markets The Equity Capital Markets (ECM) business line, which is present in France and abroad, is responsible for the activities relating to the issuance of stock and securities giving access to equity.
Corporate equity derivatives The Corporate Equity Derivatives unit structures transactions that use equity derivatives to manage its clients' corporate finance needs. Mergers and Acquisitions The Mergers and Acquisitions business line groups together all the activities related to mergers and acquisitions, from strategic advisory services to transaction execution.
Global Sector Groups The Global Sector Groups business line provides Crédit Agricole CIB's clients with a large range of products and sector expertise. Global loan syndication The Global Loan Syndication Group broadly covers the three major borrower markets: EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa), the Americas and Asia-Pacific. The unit originates structures, distributes and trades the transactions arranged by Crédit Agricole CIB on the syndicated loan market.
